Routine blueprints

Four shapes a calm morning can take.

These are not templates to copy. They are starting shapes — patterns we have seen work for people with very different weeks. Use them as a sketch, then make them yours.

Each blueprint is a sketch, not a script

Read through and notice which one your week most resembles. We can adapt any of them in a discovery call.

The Early Shift

For pre-dawn wake-ups. A very short anchor sequence, a warm drink ritual and a five-minute landing pad once you arrive.

The School Run

Built around a busy kitchen. Two small adult anchors before the household wakes, then a quiet ten minutes after drop-off.

The Late Riser

For people whose best hours start mid-morning. A slow opening, a single focus block and a soft transition into the day.

A worked example

The School Run blueprint, hour by hour

One of the most requested shapes. Yours will shift around your actual times, journey and household.

06:30
Quiet wake. A few minutes before anyone else stirs. Curtains, water, a long breath.
06:40
Anchor one. Kettle on, ten lines in a notebook while it boils.
07:00
Household begins. The blueprint pauses — you are simply present.
08:45
Anchor two. A ten-minute walk after drop-off, even just around the block.
09:00
Focus block. One protected task before email opens.
